If you have already received a shipment notification and tracking information, you must wait to receive your items and then follow the return/exchange process.

Shipping times is the approximate amount of time it will take for your items to leave our warehouse. This is not the guaranteed time it will be delivered. Delivery times may vary, however our goal is to get your products to you as quickly as possible.


At no cost to the customer, your items will be shipped out of the warehouse in no more than 5 days.


Items bought with priority shipping will accrue a fee of $6.95 and items will leave the warehouse in no more than 3 days.


Items bought with express shipping will accrue a fee of $21.95 and items will leave the warehouse in more than 2 days.


All shipping methods will be provided with a tracking number once shipped from the warehouse. You will receive this information via the provided email at time of purchase.

If products happen to be out of stock and unavailable, you will be notified immediately of any delay.

Should you not receive an email with shipping notifications within the proper time for your chosen shipping method, please first check your spam box to verify that the email is not there.
